Will the phone number stay the same? 
From January 2026, you will order both Bielen and BOMA products via the BOMA webshop. In your company catalogues, you’ll find your trusted items and all your personal information, such as order history, order lists and personalised items. 
How can I find my usual items on the BOMA webshop? 
Will the same products and brands remain available?
All Bielen articles will be available on the new website and will remain online. Only articles that are identical will be converted to the Boma version.
What does this mean for my administration?
You will be contacted personally if you currently make payments by direct debit. 
Yes, your deliveries will continue as you’re used to. From 2026 onwards, they will be signed for digitally. This saves paper and makes the process smoother. Paying on delivery will of course remain possible. 
Will the current delivery arrangements still apply? 
You can continue to reach us via the usual telephone numbers, and the same team will be there to assist you.
